Can you help both small and large organizations?
The AI Act contains a requirement that Providers of “High-Risk AI Systems” without an establishment in the European Union appoint an Authorized Representative, irrelevant of their size. We can help you, irrelevant of whether you are a startup or an international organisation.
When should I engage an Authorized Representative?
The obligation in the AI Act to appoint AI Act Authorized Representatives is not yet in force. However, it is important to bear in mind the importance of being prepared and satisfying the obligations in advance of the date they enter into force. For Providers of High-Risk AI Systems, there are going to a large number of obligations to comply with.
What services can we provide for you?
The AI Act specifies the minimum tasks that an Authorized Representative must perform. If engaged, we will need to comply with that minimum. However, we can also work with you on further documentation and assist you in other ways on your request.
What language will the documents be in?
We are native English speakers and prefer to draft the documents in English, so they can be best understood in an international business context. However, we have capacity to work in other languages – feel free to ask!
